Description of Problem: Internet-Druid's default configuration is to use pulse-dialing instead of touch tone dialing. I really ,really, Really don't want to walk 2,000 people through changing their dial-up setup to do touch-tone dialing. How Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run through a modem configuration with internet-druid. 2. Observe that the touch-tone choice is there, but it is not selected. 3. Attempt to dial-out without setting touch tone dialing and observe the results -- hopefully, your phone switch still supports pulse dialing. Actual Results: Modem dials out via old-style pulse dialing. Expected Results: This IS the 21st century... Think we could default to touch tone dialing? Additional Information:
Oops, confusing the neat "Add->Modem" and internet-druid -- internet-druid never gives you a choice of what to use, and simply defaults to pulse dialing.
I need to go home -- internet-druid *does* have the option to set touch-tone dialing the first time around, but the same problem exists -- the default is pulse dialing.
I changed this in CVS an hour ago.
