Description of problem: Pidgin appears to ignore gssapi as an auth method even with the cyrus-sasl-gssapi package installed. This is a regression from the way it performed before. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install pidgin 2. Install cyrus-sasl-gssapi 3. Attempt to auth against jabber server offering gssapi Actual results: Failure to auth, or even try to auth with gssapi Expected results: Additional info: I will attache a pidgin -d from a working attempt (on RHEL 5) and a broken attempt on Fedora 11.
Created attachment 349022 [details] Pidgin session from Fedora 11 This shows gssapi being offered by the server, and the client doesn't even recognize it as a valid auth option.
Appologies, it is working as it should be. Sorry for the noise.
