Description of problem:

The MANIFEST.MF that is created as part of the jar ant task is not usable by pdebuild which requires OSGi.

I will provide a patch to the spec file, a new patch, and a MANIFEST.MF source file to use.

With this patch, pdebuild can use the jar as part of building a feature.
