Description of problem:
If a user uploads several versions of a package to an RHN Proxy via rhn_package_manager, running rhn_package_manager with the -l argument only lists the most up-to-date version.

530, 6/25 build

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Push several versions of a package (nethack is awesome for this) to a channel on a Proxy
2. Run rhn_package_manager -l -c <channel>
  
Actual results:
Only most up-to-date package listed

Expected results:
All packages, regardless of version, listed
