We push beta debuginfo packages to ftp.redhat.com.  This request is to add a yum repo to the redhat-release package so that customers can easily gain access to the beta debuginfo packages.  To be exact, we should add the following to /etc/yum.repos.d/rhel-debuginfo.repo:

VERIFIED that redhat-release-5Client-5.5.0.1 contains the repository definition from comment #0.
