Description of problem:
The Preferences window's title is "/" in the window frame and the nautilus
sidebar - it should be "Preferences".

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Start Here icon.
2. Double click on Preferences.
	

Actual Results:  The window is titled "/".

Expected Results:  The window should be titled "Preferences".

This should be fixed now. Do you also have e.g. "start-here" for start here?
After the fix, start here should be "Start Here" in window title and sidebar 
and preferences: should say Control Center.

Actually the fact that it says Control Center rather than Preferences is pretty
broken...

Yes, I do have "start-here". Forgot to mention that, sorry. Is this fix
available yet? (Rawhide?)

I'm not sure if it's available yet. But it should become available soon in
Rawhide if it isn't now.
