removed purple-facebookchat and pidgin is now working again.
Yeah, those plugins are always trouble.
Which version of purple-facebookchat are you using? Maybe you'd want to try the brand new 1.60 http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=115765
purple-facebookchat-1.52-1.fc11.i586. I'll give it a try.
Version 1.60 does not cause a crash... at least so far. <smile>
