Description: pngnq is a command line tool that quantizes a 32-bit RGBA PNG image 
to an 8 bit RGBA palette PNG using the neuquant algorithm.

SRPM builds in mock for fedora-11-i386 and fedora-rawhide-i386, rpmlint on all packages is clean.

I'm not completely sure about the license tag, because it's a bit more than "Copyright only".

Turns out I have time now as it's raining outside.

The license is BSD with Advertising, as can be seen in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing#Good_Licenses.


It turns out that this is already in Fedora. Make another submission, but check first that

1. it isn't already in Fedora
and
2. there is no other open review request on the package (there might be closed one(s) which you can use for help)

Well, i found it on the Wishlist and just assumed that nobody packaged it. Can't believe I forgot to check that...
I'll do another submission of course.
