fix from upstream trunk

Description of problem:

with xfwm 4.6.1 in focus-follows-mouse mode, new windows are created at the bottom of the window stack leaving most new windows totaly invisible. the bug is fixed upstream. see http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5479

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.6.1-1 from fedora 11 updates, and probably rawhide too as the .src.rpm looks to have the same revision there too.

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a few windows up, preferably enough to fill up the screen, or just have one full-screen window up
2. set to focus follows mouse
3. do NOT set focus new windows, which is a completely different issue - focus, not visibility
4. open a new window

Actual results:

new window (if you can see it) is created at the bottom of the stack where it is usually invisibile and then has to be raised by hand almost every time.

Expected results:

you can see the new window appear somewhere on the screen

Thanks for posting this. I missed that that bug had gotten a fix instead of being closed wontfix upstream. ;)

Will push out a update soon.
