Description of problem:

A number of log messages are only emitted to stdout by the QMF C++ Agent. For example, id collisions, or messages when  the appropriate environmental debug configuration is enabled.

Expected results:

It is desirable to have a file based log for these messages, especially when the agent is embedded in a service - such as all the Condor daemons.

This was fixed upstream at r727265 - "Converted output to cout to proper QPID_LOG statements."

I have read the source code change in r727265. It is ok.
There are no other calls to function cout under directory
qpid/cpp/src/qpid/agent/

Can you please give me a hint on how to verify this bug, or an approval that checking the source code was enough?

I think it's sufficient to verify this bug by determining that there are no uses of std::cout in the source (which there no longer are).
