Created attachment 355865 [details] Screenshot When I go to add or modify a printer, the list of printer makes to choose from is jumbled and contains some makes, some models, random spaces, and duplicate entries.
I'm only seeing this through the web interface. The printer administration gui in gnome is fine.
What does 'rpm -q cups' say?
cups-1.4-0.rc1.11.fc11.x86_64
I see the same thing.
It seems to occur only once ppds.dat has been built. This makes it work once, the next time: service cups stop rm -f /var/cache/cups/ppds.dat service cups start Seems that cups-driverd is sending bad data after ppds.dat has been built.
It's to do with drv handling. With no drv dynamic PPD drivers there is no problem.

The make list is now in order but selecting a make and clicking 'Continue' does not continue on to models, instead goes right back to make.
Matt, are you still seeing the problem you've described in comment #9? What does 'rpm -q cups' say now?
No, but the make list is full of duplicates now. cups-1.4-0.rc1.15.fc11.x86_64
Could you please try the test update?: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-10152 I can't reproduce the problem here.
Update looks good, one entry per make. I did notice that the "share this printer" checkbox is always unchecked when modifying the printer (web interface), regardless of whether or not the printer is currently shared. Is that a bug or a feature?
A bug. I've filed it as bug #529634.
