Comment 4 Jaroslav Kortus 2010-02-09 17:06:02 UTC
[root@a1 ~]# echo -e "agent = agent\n nodename = nodename\n self = self \n verbose = 1\n" | fence_scsi
parse error: unknown option "self = self"
[root@a1 ~]# rpm -q cman
cman-2.0.115-29.el5

The fix is not complete. Unknown (and unsupported "s") option is still advertised as "self = " in agent STDIN parameters.

Checking with Ryan - the Unable to execute cman_tool is not expected.

Comment 7 Dean Jansa 2010-03-04 19:32:54 UTC
Man page fixed.

Issue in comment #6 was due to cman not running, operator error.

Comment 8 Ryan O'Hara 2010-03-04 19:38:28 UTC
I am confused. The commit referred to in comment #1 is a commit to the fence-agents git repo, which is not the same thing as RHEL5.x fence agents, correct? As far as I know, the fence-agents git repo is for upstream work, in which case the -s option *is* valid. Perhaps the patch in commit #1 needs to be reversed.

These bugs reported against fence_scsi should be assigned to me.
