Spec URL: http://ankursinha.fedorapeople.org/fpaste/fpaste.spec SRPM URL: http://ankursinha.fedorapeople.org/fpaste/fpaste-0.3.1-1.fc12.src.rpm Description: It is often useful to be able to easily paste text to the Fedora Pastebin at http://fpaste.org and this simple script will do that and return the resulting URL so that people may examine the output. This can hopefully help folks who are for some reason stuck without X, working remotely, or any other reason they may be unable to paste something into the pastebin More info on the mock build etc here: http://ankursinha.fedorapeople.org/fpaste/
Doesn't this do the same thing as your other submission ? https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=516340
(In reply to comment #1) > Doesn't this do the same thing as your other submission ? > https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=516340 If you go through the comments of that bug, you'll see why I've switched to packaging fpaste.py instead of fupt. fupt is not going make it as a fedora package. I'll close that bug as soon as i've closed the unused cvs. regards, Ankur
Okay, but from reading the comments there i cannot actually tell that you have discontinued that submission.
(In reply to comment #3) > Okay, but from reading the comments there i cannot actually tell that you have > discontinued that submission. hi, updated the bug. Thanks for pointing it out. regards, Ankur
Hey Ankur - thanks for packaging.
Remove the initial buildroot definition and in %install section. Same as the previous review. Align the text in the description properly. Using wiki as a place to attach upstream tarballs is not acceptable. Ask upstream to use the releases directory similar to https://fedorahosted.org/releases/p/y/python-fedora/ Running fpaste by itself simply hangs. It should show the --help output instead. A man page would be useful.
