Description of problem:
fence_scsi_test script help message promises "-d" option to show register/unregister commands. This option has no effect as it's not implemented inside the script.

I've added code to the script so that using the debug (-d) option will print some extra information. This includes the actual sg_persist commands used to register and unregister a device. Other information that will be printed includes the list of devices to be tested, etc.
