Description of problem: https://test1182.test.redhat.com/rhn/help//satellite/en-US/s2-sync-iss-config-sync-org.jsp says: Synchronizing by organization has a few rules that it follows to maintain the integrity of the source org. ... -> If no org is specified, it will default to the source org. ... Expected results: We have changed the functionality to default it to org 1 and not the source org. Docs should be updated to say the same.
