Description Joachim Frieben 2001-08-15 16:51:24 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 5.0)

Description of problem:
Directory /usr/X11R6/share/ is not owned by any package which becomes
obvious when doing an rpm -qf inside /usr/X11R6/. While the other
subdirectories bin/, lib/, etc. are announced to belong to 'filesystem',
this is not the case for the share/ subdirectory.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.1.3-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cd /usr/X11R6
2. rpm -qf *

Actual Results: rpm tells that share/ is not owned by any package.

Expected Results: rpm should have told that share/ belongs to some
package - 'filesystem' would have been correct, I guess.

We (Red Hat) really need to fix this before next release.

Comment 2 Bill Nottingham 2001-08-16 02:17:42 UTC
Will be fixed in 2.1.6-1.
