Description of problem: I've added a new channel in spacewalk, passing a YUM repository URL to sync the packages from. The sync itself went fine. I then noticed that the directories created under <mount_point>/redhat/1 for these packages are owned by root:root, not by apache:apache as the directories created for packages pushed by rhnpush. This means that new packages cannot be pushed by rhnpush into these subdirectories, as the apache user cannot create directories.
