The open office will crash when opening an odt file

I don't think we care so much about openoffice.org2, which is just a tech-preview; even if we did, there would hardly be a chance to get a slot for it in RHEL 4.10. What counts now is RHEL 5, where the test file doesn't cause any crash (openoffice.org-2.3.0-6.11).

Indeed, unsupported tech preview, wontfix. We'd never get an ack for it even if we did expend effort to track it down.

Tests on OOo 3.1.1 in RHEL-6 previews would be awesome :-)
