Under Introduction section;
"This guide is a fast, simple, step-by-step set of instructions for translating Fedora Project software and documents. If you are interested in better understanding the translation process involved, refer to the Translation guide or the manual of the specific translation tool."

the Translation Guide is no longer available, thus this should be removed.

Comment #2 was probably going to be in bug #522013.

This sentence has been finally removed some days ago by Noriko, so I'm closing this bug report.
