Description of problem:

The description header required by Fedora SysV Initscripts
Guidelines is missing in the sysstat's init script.

    Every Fedora SysV-style initscript must contain a chkconfig
    header. This header is composed of two parts, a "# chkconfig:"
    line, and a "# description:" line. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sysstat-9.0.3-1.fc12.i586
