Description of problem:
installed vfrnav and vfrnav-utils with yum

.vfrnav in home dir is created with bad privileges, so vfrnav cannot write prefs file, changed privileges and vfrnav starts up ok

vfrnav-0.3-9.fc11 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 11.

vfrnav-0.3-9.fc11 has been pushed to the Fedora 11 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
