Description of problem:
Wallet Management Tool does nothing 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdeutils-4.3.1-1.fc11.i586

How reproducible:
always, and with a newly created user

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run kwalletmanager
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
nothing

Expected results:
wallet manager

Additional info:
For example, "kwalletmanager --sync --nofork .kde/share/apps/kwallet/kdewallet.kwl" works fine.

In kde-4.3.x, kwalletmanager appears in the system tray, but is hidden by default.

once run, click the little '<' arrow to the left of the system tray to show hidden items.

np, I missed it the first time I used kde-4.3.0 too.
