Patch for anaconda.spec.in

Hello,

attached is a small patch to fix the dependencies of the modlist binary
called from "mk-images".

I didn't have popt.i586 installed on my x86_64 host,
which resulted in this error message:

/tmp/treedir.HWKHqf/install/usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/modlist: error while loading shared libraries: libpopt.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Enjoy,
Thomas

The buildinstall pile of crud is really not designed to be run for an architecture other than that of the machine the scripts are running on.
