on the %preun macro for the apache.spec that belongs to
apache-1.3.9-2 there is a wrong call for
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpsd stop.

httpsd is not a valid script, it could be a typo for httpd,
but there is no corresponding httpd start on %post, or
%postun and AFAIK wouldn't be necesary.
