Description of problem:
64bit architectures don't see 32bit package changes in provisioning->snapshots

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sat-srv - Satellite-5.3.0-RHEL5-re20090811.0
reg. machine: RHEL5-u4

How reproducible:
on every 64bit platform

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install rhel5.4 on s390x, ppc64, x86_64, ia64 machine
2. install, remove or update s390, i386, ppc packages and also s390x, x86_64, ia64, ppc64 packages
3. check results in provisioning->snapshots
  
Actual results:
not reflected changes for 32bit packages

Expected results:
changes reflected also for 32bit packages
