Description of problem:
The cups-pk-helper-mechanism program needs to talk to PolicyKit, in the new polkit-1 way of doing things.

selinux-policy-3.6.32-8.fc12.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run system-config-printer at console (enforcing mode)
2.Click 'New'
  
Actual results:
No authorization dialog

Expected results:
An authorization dialog
