I suspect there are lockdown-type users who will want to write a udev rule that immediately does the software rfkill on any device with a radio. If rfkill remains in /usr/bin, that won't work on separate-/usr scenarios.

Where does the manpage go? Still in /usr/share/man/man1?
rfkill-0.3-3.fc11 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 11.
rfkill-0.3-3.fc11 has been pushed to the Fedora 11 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
