Yeah. Good part of it is my failure. Buildroot changed to 4.3.2 and i didn't notice it. The needed kdelibs version is already in updates-testing where this skrooge should have been gone. Sorry. You can workaround it by enabling updates-testing repo and update. Brings in the latest KDE 4.3.2 as well. Or you wait a bit until KDE 4.3.2 updates get pushed to stable.
