On a fresh F12-ish system, banshee crashes a few seconds after start because of some problem between the daap extension and avahi. After disabling the extension, banshee works perfectly. Avahi seems to be running fine as well.

I will attach full crash logs later.

Thank you very much for the detailed bug report. I can reproduce the problem on my F12 installation as well.

There is already another bug about the same problem, so I'll close this one as a duplicate. I already have an idea about the root cause, please check the other bug report for updates...
