The menu only has one entry (close). The rest of the window is very similar to a preferences window and does not really need the menu.

Yeah, since we dropped the 'Help' option the menu seems redundant, however I've decided to keep it, and expand it a bit:

The host window is a now a top level app window, meaning if it is the only window left open the app will still run. So the File menu now has options to reopen the 'Manager' window, and quit the entire app (similar to the file menu 'Details'. So, closing as WONTFIX.
