Description of problem:
When jobs are queued, clicking on the printer status icon will show a window containing a list of the jobs.  After closing that window, clicking on the status icon again does not show the window.  Instead, you have to click several times.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.echo . | lp -H hold
2.Click on printer status icon
3.Close jobs window
4.Click on printer status icon
  
Actual results:
Window does not appear.

Expected results:
Window re-appears.

Fixed upstream (f97a1bcd542709c3d2ba0b5008e25913b8a4d318).
