Description of problem:
ricci daemon doesn't start on my f11 install

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ricci-0.16.1-1.fc11.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. service ricci start

Actual results:
failed

Expected results:
OK

Additional info:
[root@virtfed etc]# service ricci start
Starting ricci: main.cpp:228: exception: ServerSocket(port=11111): socket() failed: Address family not supported by protocol
                                                           [FAILED]

In /var/log/messages I have:
Oct 28 16:35:10 virtfed ricci: startup succeeded

But actually
[root@virtfed etc]# service ricci status
ricci dead but subsys locked
