Can you please test nautilus-2.28.1-2.fc12 to see if the problem is gone? Please download the packages directly from koji: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=139421

Would be great if you test it in next few days so we can push this update to F12 final if possible.

Also, please post proper repro steps, I can't reproduce the issue here. What folder view do you use (icon/list/compact view)? Are you deleting single file? Are there any more files left? Is it local tree or remote location?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.
