quassel in F-11 and lower is only on 0.4.1; upstream recommends 0.5.0, or if distros don't want to bump versions (why not?), they recommend 0.4.3 which apparently has numerous bug fixes. I'd prefer bumping F-11 to 0.5.0, but if you don't want to break protocol compatibility, I'd be ok with only going to 0.4.3. Thanks!
