Description of problem:
"Oracle DB" is not available as a resource type in the selection menu

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-cluster-1.0.55-1.0

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # system-config-cluster
2. Resources -> Create a Resource
3. Oracle is not an option under "Select a Resource Type"
  
Actual results:
Oracle is not an option under "Select a Resource Type"

Expected results:
From what I understand, Oracle resource templates exist - but yet it is not an option with system-config-cluster
