Could you consider upgrading to the current version (seems to be 3.2) so that this works with the recent KDE releases?  Or perhaps there's not much point, given that (according to upstream) this project is no longer being updated in defernce to an ongoing project to create a proper Oxygen theme for GTK.

oxygen-gtk is now available and is a real good alternative for oxygen-molecule. So there is no longer need to have this packaged in Fedora.
