if the user resizes the browser after opening the drill-down component, it remains in the same absolute position on the page instead of staying center on the screen with the resize action.

rev3138 - attempt to appropriately size drill-down just before load and reposition drill-down when resized; 

ian, can you take a look at the work i started here and figure out what i'm doing wrong?
