Note, this also entails tying the new page into the tabs, quicknav icons, leftnav etc. and setting up the required navigation rules.

r3050 implements the Seam component (GroupResourceConfigurationUIBean) and xhtml page (rhq/group/configuration/current.xhtml) and links it to a Configuration>Current tab for compatible groups that support the configuration facet. Still need to link it up to the quicknav icons and leftnav.

Quicknav icons are done - r3052.

r3082 finishes this off.

It turns out update was still not fully baked - r3050 should truly finish it off.
