How to repeat:

Go to your platform's inventory tab.  In the main menu, hover Resources, then start typing your platform name in the search bar.  when options pop up, hit the down arrow key to select a resource.  Notice each press of down arrow also moves the focus of the left nav.  Expected behavior - the down arrow should only affect the search UI, not the left nav.
