Description of problem:
When (as with roswell) packages are not GPG-signed, the prompting for
accepting the unsigned package means its not possible to run up2date
unattended.

Expected Results:  Add a disable feature to the GUI.

Run 'up2date --configure' . . . check on the Retrieval/Installation tab.
