look at the height of the window in the snapshot - the height of the main window portion of the group def page isn't big enough

this appears to be a problem in several pages, not just the two described here. I saw it when viewing the right side of the inventory tab.

win.css generate-props-table had width=100% - changing it to 99% fixes it in IE and FF still works.

The Browse Resources > List Group Definitions page is rendered appropriately.
