On FireFox3 the collapse triangle is fixed to the left of "Summary" when the resource summary is displayed. This looks good. On IE7 it is showing up to the far right. This is ok but has a couple of issues. - First, when collapsed there is still a considerable amount of vertical whitespace. Not terrible, but more than FF3. - Second, if you resize the browser smaller, such that you get the horizontal scroll bar, the arrow shifts left slightly and the favorites ribbon gets partially hidden. When resizing wide you get a slightly ajar right hand border. In general it looks like the collapse icon is forcing the horizontal scroll bars into existence instead of repositioning correctly like every other dynamic piece of info on the page. I think the horizontal scroll bar should not appear until the main tabs start to get occluded.
Still an issue on rev3752, ie6, medium priority
