1) Nav to a compat goup Configure tab

2) Edit

3) Click on Edit Member Values icon for a text property to bring up the member edit box for that property

The "Set All Values To" edit box is squished and jammed up next to the Apply button.

For radio button properties they all render but it also looks jammed to the right a bit.

very minor, the vertical scroll bar seemed unnecessary, nothing was hidden.

Added styling such that the input box for "Set All Values To:" has the same width as all other inputs in the config component.

Verified with IE7 and a compatible group of two RHQ Agents.
