Description of problem:
Receive page not found when trying to deactivate a satellite in the rhn2.webdev webui

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate a satellite
2. Access the satellite in the webui
3. Click on deactivate satellite
  
Actual results:
Page not found error received.
Satellite is not deactivated

Expected results:
Page should redirect properly.
Satellite should be deactivated properly.Receive page not found when trying to deactivate a satellite in the rhn2.webdev webui
