Steps to Reproduce:
1. For any resource (e.g. a platform)
2. Click its Monitor tab
3. Click its Tables subtab
4. Check any numeric metric and click "Chart Selected Metrics"
5. Click on the Calendar icon in the section titled "Display Range Settings"

Defect:
The Calendar opens in a separate browser window and displays extraneous text ".switchcontent{display:none;}"
