page must:

1) list server in cluster with sorting, paging
2) provide count of agents for each server
3) allow navigation to server details page
4) allow navigation to page that displays other members of this server's affinity group (when it's non-null)

prior to rev1325, #1 was already done by jshaughn.

rev1325 - create composite so that servers can be displayed along with their corresponding counts of agents (completes #2)
