* list all agents in some affinity group
* list all servers in some affinity group
* link to edit page
* for each agent, link to agent details page
* for each server, link to server details page

rev1337 - view details for an affinity group; 
show independently sort/page tables for agent and server members; 
breadcrumbs for affinity group list and details; 
update links from listAgents / listServers / viewServer pages to pass mode=view;  
start of AffinityGroupManagerBean;
