Description Jeff Weiss 2008-09-12 16:09:00 UTC
There are several places in the UI where there's a radio button with nothing selected by default. There should always be *something* selected by default, at least there's a chance that what the user wanted is already selected and he will not have to do another interaction.

The first example I know of is in the Manual Autodiscovery, New operation page. The "Detailed Discovery" option doesn't have a default. I don't care if the default is Yes or No, but it needs to be something. If I had to choose a default, I'd say "no" on this one.

We can open subbugs from this bug for other instances of this, or we can just add them here for now.

This bug was previously known as http://jira.rhq-project.org/browse/RHQ-833

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.

keyword:
new = Tracking + FutureFeature + SubBug

Comment 3 wes hayutin 2010-02-16 16:58:26 UTC
making sure we're not missing any bugs in rhq_triage

Comment 4 Corey Welton 2010-10-07 03:06:27 UTC
Closing - this has been fixed in the new gwt UI (and is possibly a dupe)
