1. Install RHQ, using HA, on two different servers, A and B 2. Attempt to reinstall an RHQ instance on server A. 3. View results: Current results: Installer hangs indefinitely due to the fact that another system (server B) is still using db. Expected results * This is mostly user error, but we should have a warning message in the docs -- both installation and upgrade -- indicating that user should shut down _all_ servers on the HA instance when reinstalling or upgrading. Something like -- (!) Warning: Assure that all other instances using the same HA cloud are shut down, prior to re-installing or upgrading any RHQ 1.1+ instance.
