Description of problem:
Edit of content provider url location to bad value and test connection. Logs show faiure, but GUI shows green success.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Create a valid content provider to RHN Hosted. 
2. Test connection: success 
3. Edit the location to a bad value. 
4. Test connection
Actual results:
should fail, yet the GUI shows green banner for successful feedback.  Server log also shows bad results.

Expected results:
Validation.


Additional info:

should now give:

"Failed the attempt to connect to the remote repository for [testsync01] Check the configuration and make sure the remote repository is up."

instead of success.
